A single restaurant with 30 tables means 90 QRs across three branches. Bulk generation saves time and removes the copy-paste mistakes that creep in during manual work.
In bulk runs a single parameter typo can mean reprinting the whole batch. The highest-leverage minute is the sample test before mass production.
Plan before you generate
First settle the table numbering scheme. Zones like dining room and patio can use a prefix in the table number (D1, D2, P1, P2). This makes zone analysis straightforward in panel reports.
QR variant strategy
- One QR per table (table=...).
- A single QR for packages (source=package).
- A separate QR for receipts (source=receipt).
- UTM-style extra parameter for campaigns.
- Differentiate branches at the parameter level, not the slug level.
Print quality control
After production, scan 5-10 random QRs personally and verify each lands on the right page. Sampling is cheaper than reprinting an entire batch.
Kontrol listesi / Checklist
- Numbering scheme is documented.
- A sample of each QR was scanned.
- Print size is at least 2.5 cm.
- Branch-based folder structure exists.
- Backup digital copies are stored.
SSS / FAQ
Is bulk PDF download available?
You can export QRs individually or by category from the panel. For very large batches, share a ZIP archive with your print partner.
Can I reuse old branch QRs in a new branch?
No. Different slugs and table parameters break reporting. Regenerate for the new branch.
