🚀 GETTING STARTED

Where to look first when you open the dashboard

Get familiar with the main screens and the daily operations flow in just a few minutes.

Updated:

You do not need to learn everything at once. This guide shows the screens you will use daily and what question each screen answers best.

The panel works fast; whether the team using it works fast is a matter of habit. Looking at the right screen at the right hour is half the value.

High-level view

The main dashboard opens with summary cards comparing the last 7 and 30 days, plus a star distribution, platform distribution and trend chart. A daily glance here is enough for a quick warm-up.

Reviews inbox

The Reviews page is where the real work happens. The filter bar narrows by stars, platform, date and tags. Keeping low ratings at the top helps the team meet response SLAs.

Common shortcuts

  • Ctrl/Cmd+Enter to send a reply.
  • 1-5 keys to filter by star rating.
  • Clear all with the “Reset filters” button.
  • CSV export via the download icon in the list header.
  • Open the side panel by clicking a row.

Kontrol listesi / Checklist

  • Dashboard cards show the right date range.
  • Reviews default to date-based sorting.
  • Low-rating filter is one click away.
  • Notification email lands in a live test.
  • CSV export is granted to the right person.

SSS / FAQ

Does the panel remember the date range?

No. It returns to default on refresh. Bookmark a URL with your preferred range if you use it often.

Can I view multiple restaurants at once?

Yes. Selecting “All” in the location switcher aggregates summary cards across every restaurant you can access.
