✦ REVIEW MANAGEMENT

Search and filter reviews effectively

Use date, star, platform, tag and text filters to turn hundreds of reviews into meaningful clusters.

Updated:

When review volume grows, reading every single one is unrealistic. The right filter combinations let you see the theme of hundreds of reviews instead of getting lost in one.

A filter is not a limit; it is asking the right question. The wrong filter returns the wrong answer — checking active filters on every page load should be reflex.

Useful combinations

  • Last 7 days + 1-3 stars: urgency list.
  • Last 30 days + single platform: channel performance.
  • All time + single tag: chronic issue diagnosis.
  • Date + table: local service issue tracking.
  • Date + word search like “portion”: product feedback.

Bookmark and share

Filters are stored in the URL, so you can share a link with the team. This is faster than describing a context, and ensures the same view.

Filter hygiene

When a number looks wrong, check active filters first. Most “this is wrong” claims trace back to a forgotten filter.

Kontrol listesi / Checklist

  • Active filters are visible on every page load.
  • Reset filters button is used.
  • Filtered URLs are bookmarked.
  • Text search uses meaningful word stems.
  • Empty results trigger a filter review.

SSS / FAQ

Can I filter by multiple tags at once?

Yes. Multiple selected tags return reviews matching at least one tag.

How smart is text search?

Currently it matches substrings. For Turkish endings, search by the word stem for broader results.
